Mark began working in the mortgage industry for National Future Mortgage shortly after earning his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Wesley College in the spring of 1998. He started off as a sales consultant and dealing pw/ customer's daily's needs for purchasing new homes as well as refinancing their existing home.

He started off as a sales consultant and dealing w/ customer's daily's needs for purchasing new homes as well as refinancing their existing home. He spent two years consulting people and trying to find the best products and interest rates for people to meet their specific financial needs. After 2 years in sales Mark was promoted to The Marketing Director of National Future Mortgage. To give you an idea of his day to day operations here is a brief example of which his responsibilities included.

• Selected to manage secondary marketing accounts for over 20 lending institutions to include pipeline management, loan profitability, hedging, pull through and loan delivery with volume exceeding $12 million on a monthly basis.
• Developed, reconciled and distributed mortgage loan interest rate sheets for sales representatives on a daily basis that directly affected the company's profitability and balance sheet.
• Responsible for tracking marketing initiatives for response, budget allocations and new media to attract call in sales volume.
• Responsible for directly working with over 700 print media advertisers on a weekly basis in support of the companies marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update five to ten third party websites (rates, fees, and programs) on a daily basis.

With Mark's educational back round and work experience he is one of the most qualified individual's who has what it takes to help out any individual in any financial situation to get qualified for financing their home!

Interests & Hobbies

Mark's hobbies include golfing, fishing and spending time w/ his girlfriend Kim. His favorite thing to do on the weekends is to pack up the truck w/ Kim and head down to the Jersey shore to spend time w/ his family and friends. He also enjoys going to all of Philadelphia's sports team's home games. His favorite of all of Philadelphia's team is hands down the Flyers and he tries to attend every home game that he can. He enjoys traveling when ever he has a chance to take time off from work which is very rare!! He has recently added an addition to his family and is now a proud owner of a 12 month old English bulldog named Marley!! Here is a picture of Marley who has brought nothing but joy and happiness to the lives of Mark and Kim.
